Renting our facilities for your event is a straightforward process, but there are several key details you need to be aware of to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- All events require liability insurance including setup. We can include this in your quote if you are interested (based on number of attendees) or you can bring in your own certificate naming us as a secondary insured. There is required language for this if you go this route.
- Depending on the time and nature of your event, security may be required and included in your quote.
- We have a limited amount of tables/chairs for rent which can be included in your quote. You can also use an outside agency if you would prefer.
- Any publicly accessible events which have food may require the proper health permits from the County of Imperial.
- ALL alcohol sales are handled by the California Mid-Winter Fair Heritage Foundation-No Exceptions
- We do not have table cloths, table decorations, etc
- We do not rent nor take requests in February and March.
After completing the online request form, we will email you a quote if the facilities are available. The facility will be temporarily put on hold for you for two weeks after which your hold will be cancelled and the quote will no longer be valid.
