Thank you for your interest in showcasing your talents on one of our community stages at the 2026 California Mid-Winter Fair. All applications MUST be filled out online and must be filled out completely with no missing information in order to be accepted.
Applications are due November 30, 2025. Once you submit your online application you will automatically receive confirmation that your application was successfully submitted.
You will need to have contact information for at least 1 reference for a previous performance, and also a URL showing a video of one of your performances as part of this application.
